Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? We have answers. If you need more details, feel free to give us a call.
How often should I check my tyre pressure and tread depth?
You should check your tyre pressure once a month and before long journeys. Under-inflated tyres increase fuel economy and wear quickly. The legal minimum tread depth in Victoria is 1.5mm, but we recommend replacing tyres when tread depth falls below 3mm for wet-weather safety.
Why does my car pull to one side or vibrate?
Vibration in the steering wheel is typically a sign of unbalanced wheels or uneven tyre wear. If your car pulls to one side, it usually means your wheel alignment is off. Routine alignment checks extend tyre life and improve handling safety.
How often should tyres be rotated?
To ensure even tread wear across all tyres, we recommend rotating them (and swapping axles) every 10,000km. Front tyres wear out much faster due to steering and braking forces.
